Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Firestudio ("the Software") operated by Flowdesk ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Firestudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Firestudio is licensed under the MIT License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes
• Copy, modify, and distribute the Software
• Merge, publish, and sublicense the Software

3. Use of the Software

You may use Firestudio to:

• Connect to and manage your Firebase projects
• View, edit, and query Firestore databases
• Manage Firebase Storage files
• Manage Firebase Authentication users

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Firebase credentials
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to access the Firebase projects you connect to
• Complying with Firebase's terms of service
• Any actions taken through the Software using your credentials

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Software to:

• Access Firebase projects without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network

5. Intellectual Property

The Software and its original content (excluding content provided by users) remain the property of Flowdesk and its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Firestudio name and logo are trademarks of Flowdesk. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

Firestudio integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Firebase: Subject to Firebase Terms of Service
• Google Cloud Platform: Subject to Google Cloud Terms of Service

Your use of these services through Firestudio is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The Software is free of viruses or harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOWDESK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Damages resulting from errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies
• Personal injury or property damage

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flowdesk and its licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Software
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flowdesk operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Open Source

Firestudio is open source software. You can view, fork, and contribute to the source code on GitHub.
